Project overview

A multi-vendor marketplace redesigned end-to-end to make discovery effortless and checkout fast across web and mobile.

A multi-vendor marketplace redesigned end-to-end to make discovery effortless and checkout fast across web and mobile.

The challenge

A multi-vendor marketplace had rich inventory but a confusing path from search to purchase.

A large catalog is valuable only when users can narrow it quickly. When search, filters, product evaluation, and checkout feel like separate systems, shoppers lose context and confidence before they reach payment.

The product response

Reworked discovery, faceted filters, and a one-page checkout with trust signals throughout.

The concept uses faceted discovery, smarter filtering, a consolidated checkout, and trust signals distributed across the journey. The goal is to preserve momentum from search intent through final confirmation.

Key product decisions

The interface direction is anchored in three concrete product decisions from the case-study scope.

01

Faceted search & smart filtering

Help users reduce a large catalog quickly while preserving context, selected criteria, and a clear route back to broader discovery.

02

One-page checkout with trust signals

Compress commitment steps, keep totals and trust cues visible, and reduce unnecessary exits between cart review and confirmation.

03

Unified design system across web & app

Create reusable patterns and tokens that keep product behavior consistent across screens, breakpoints, and delivery teams.

Success criteria & validation targets

This is a concept / representative case study. Outcome figures are framed as targets or validation criteria and should not be read as verified client results.

Tools, stack & product focus

The stack reflects the implementation-aware nature of the work: interface decisions were framed so they could translate into reusable, accessible front-end patterns rather than static presentation only.
