Estately — Property Listings
A property-search concept that makes geography part of the primary browsing model, combining map-first discovery with filters, immersive listings, and saved intent.

Project overview
A map-first property platform that helps house hunters filter thousands of listings and feel a neighborhood at a glance.
A map-first property platform that helps house hunters filter thousands of listings and feel a neighborhood at a glance.
The challenge
House hunters struggled to filter thousands of listings and visualize neighborhoods.
Property discovery is both spatial and comparative. Long result lists make it difficult to understand neighborhoods, tradeoffs, and proximity while preserving search context. The interface needs to support exploration without forcing repeated resets.
The product response
Map-first search, immersive galleries, and saved-search alerts with a refined visual system.
Map-first search keeps location visible while users refine criteria, saved searches preserve intent, and immersive galleries improve evaluation before inquiry. The visual system is tuned for information-rich browsing without feeling like a database.
Key product decisions
The interface direction is anchored in three concrete product decisions from the case-study scope.
Map-first search & saved alerts
Keep geography and search intent visible while users narrow options, then preserve that intent through saved searches and alerts.
Immersive listing galleries
Treat immersive listing galleries as a product behavior with clear states, hierarchy, and responsive rules rather than a one-off visual treatment.
Refined, fast visual system
Use a consistent interface language to keep high-volume browsing readable while protecting performance and responsive behavior.
Success criteria & validation targets
This is a concept / representative case study. Outcome figures are framed as targets or validation criteria and should not be read as verified client results.
Tools, stack & product focus
The stack reflects the implementation-aware nature of the work: interface decisions were framed so they could translate into reusable, accessible front-end patterns rather than static presentation only.
What this case study demonstrates
This concept demonstrates real-estate search UX, map/list coordination, filtering, saved search behavior, responsive galleries, lead-generation design, and web performance awareness.
